Adrien holds a Master 2 in Marketing and International Management from the University of Besançon.
He began his professional career in 2010 as an IT recruitment consultant, helping to develop IT security solutions for banking institutions in Monaco and Luxembourg. He was also responsible for placing IT profiles within banking establishments. From 2011, he moved into engineering consulting for Swiss companies on behalf of Hays. Adrien then joined Helvetica Partners SA in 2012 as Senior HR Consultant, specializing in talent recruitment for the IT, engineering, logistics and HR sectors. In 2019, he will join Axepta SA as a partner and senior recruiter in the engineering sector.
His interest in human resources led him to move into activities closer to payroll management. He is currently preparing the HR certificate in personnel management.
Adrien joined GP in January 2025.
