Fiona holds an ES degree from the Geneva Hotel School and is currently training to earn the Federal Certificate in Human Resources.
She has over 20 years of experience as an HR, administrative, and accounting manager at a Geneva hotel.
She also served as a labor court judge from 2006 to 2017, and has served as an associate judge since 2018.
Today, she provides support throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from drafting job offers to terminating employment—as well as in payroll management and human resources consulting.
