Lauriane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from INSEEC Chambéry and an MBA in International Hotel Management from Vatel EHV SA.
Her studies led her to complete an internship with Grand Hôtel Kempinsky as a Maître d’hôtel in 2018, then with Starling Hotel Geneva as a multi-skilled accountant in 2020.
She opted instead for a career in human resources, joining CBI Fides Management SA in 2021 and Helvetic Payroll SA in 2022 as Payroll Officer and Payroll Specialist respectively, with responsibility for customer portfolios.
It was a natural progression for her to take the courses for the HR certificate, which she passed in 2023.
She has since undertaken to take the courses for the Brevet Fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines option A.
Lauriane joined GP in June 2024.
