With a master’s degree in business administration, Nelly began her career in recruitment, where she worked for about 10 years, primarily in French-speaking Switzerland.
She then expanded her experience in human resources, holding positions focused on HR administration and payroll management in both French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland.
She also ran her own export company for nearly two years, adding entrepreneurial experience to her professional background.
Nelly holds the Federal Certificate in Personnel Management.
