Salima holds a federal certificate as a social insurance specialist and a certificate in human resources management, and has extensive experience in payroll and social insurance administration.
She worked for several years at CIEPP, where she was responsible for tracking memberships and occupational pension records, as well as advising clients on matters related to the LPP.
She then joined Fiduciaire NAT Services SA as a payroll and social insurance manager. In this position, she was responsible for payroll management and the administrative tracking of social insurance for a diverse client base.
