Georges began his career in 1987 as an auditor with Ernst & Young SA. In 1995, he joined Pennone & Partners SA, where he developed the “Corporate Services” business, including bookkeeping and payroll management on behalf of third parties, and administrative management of Swiss subsidiaries of foreign groups. In this context, he has taken on numerous mandates as a director of Swiss companies on behalf of foreign shareholders, as a company liquidator and as a financial expert. He has also worked as CFO for small and medium-sized companies listed on the Swiss stock exchange, enabling him to familiarize himself with both stock market regulations and IFRS accounting standards.
In 2007, he joined the Genolier Swiss Medical Network SA group of private clinics as CFO. After more than three years’ experience with this group listed on the Swiss stock exchange, he founded GP Fiduciaire SA in Geneva.
Georges holds a Master’s degree in economics from the University of Geneva, and is also a qualified chartered accountant, member of the Swiss Fiduciary Chamber and accredited by the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority (ASR) (register number 108301).
